Mayor de Blasio is turning 53 in style, thanks to a little help from his wife and one of the city's top real estate titans.

First Lady Chirlane McCray and Rob Speyer, the chair of the Real Estate Board of New York, are throwing a birthday bash for Hizzoner at Gracie Mansion on Friday, City Hall confirmed.

The party was first reported by the website Capital New York.

McCray, a poet, and Speyer, who is also president of the deep-pocketed Tishman Speyer real estate firm, work together on the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York.

De Blasio's actual birthday is on Thursday, but the mayor probably won't be up for much partying on that day.

He is expected to unveil his first city budget that day.
